THIS CONFESSION SEEKS YOUR COMPASSION...

For much of my career, I struggled with self-doubt, often questioning whether I was truly good enough. My lack of confidence sometimes led me to appear insecure or defensive—more than I would have liked. I found myself flustered when things inevitably went wrong, taking setbacks too personally. Looking back, I realize this likely influenced how others perceived me, potentially costing me promotions, opportunities, and respect.

I also had difficulty setting boundaries, prioritizing work above everything else to avoid disappointing anyone. While my intentions were good, this approach came at a cost—my health, personal relationships, and overall well-being.

I’ve also realized that setbacks are part of growth and shouldn’t be taken personally—they’re opportunities to learn, not reflections of my value. Setting boundaries has been another crucial lesson; prioritizing my well-being isn’t selfish—it’s essential for sustained success. Success isn’t just about hard work—it’s about working wisely and valuing yourself along the way.
