Status: Stagnant

So many situations where my lack of confidence in speaking up and positioning myself as a leader. While I do well in one-on-one or small group settings, I often freeze in the spotlight when my feelings of inadequacy take over. This has hindered my professional growth, as I don't dare to lead and find myself stagnating in a mid-level role.

Eleanor Roosevelt once said that no one can make you feel inferior without your consent. This quote has been a tremendous eye-opener for me, helping me to not let others' opinions hold me back. I am hoping to implement this more successfully in the new year.
